'Crust & Ember Pizzeria began with a simple vision: to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Parker family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run spot with recipes handed down through generations.

Ava Parker, our founder, learned the art of pizza-making during her travels through Italy, apprenticing with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. Returning to the UK, she aimed to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza using traditional methods and top-quality ingredients.

What began as a modest 12-seat pizzeria has blossomed into a beloved local institution, yet our commitment to quality and authenticity has never wavered. We still rely on wood-fired oven techniques, prepare our dough fresh daily, and source the finest ingredients available.

Today, 'Crust & Ember Pizzeria remains a family-owned operation, now led by the second generation of the Parker family. While we’ve embraced some modern innovations, the core of our business remains unchanged: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
